As part of the Community Relations team, you'll amplify our mission, mentor a team of local fundraising professionals, and shape lasting partnerships across multiple communities. What You'll Do Lead with Vision: Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Community Relations Managers across various locations to execute high-impact, sustainable fundraising programs. Drive Strategy: Collaborate with State and Area Directors to design custom cultivation and fundraising plans using leading and lagging indicators. Expand Influence: Build strong internal and external relationships, lead community engagement initiatives, and support the use of the Benevon model to increase donor support and awareness. Be the Expert: Deliver training, mentorship, and guidance on best practices in community engagement, development, and donor cultivation. Champion the Mission: Represent Mosaic at events, provide on-site support when needed, and serve as a trusted fundraising advisor across agencies. Are a relationship-centered leader with 4+ years in community relations or fundraising and at least 2 years of supervisory experience Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field Excel at guiding teams, managing multiple projects, and fostering community partnerships Are experienced (or familiar) with the Benevon model of sustainable fundraising Love data, strategy, and using both to tell a compelling story Can travel and adapt to a dynamic, mission-driven environment Why Mosaic?
