PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Triages incoming inquiries in various mediums, while providing assistance to walk-ins and telephone inquiries.
Meets and greets patients and their families, providing individualized attention to patients' needs.
Performs patient registration, ensuring accuracy of international demographics and financial data elements in the Hospital registration systems
Assist with special projects, including research and collecting data and interviews regarding national and international health providers.
Assists with data analysis for metrics.
Sends out routine communication emails in regard to visitors
All other duties as assigned

    • High School graduate

    • Currently enrolled in undergraduate program and have completed at least one year of the program.

    Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required:

    • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills to assist both internal and external partners and potential partners.

    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and the ability to sustain ongoing relationships with colleagues and to work collaboratively as a member of a team.

    • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and adhering to deadlines.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Must be able to protect the privacy of individuals and the confidentiality of employee and applicant information.

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel Outlook, and PowerPoint.

    • Ability to work well independently or with others.

    • Requires the ability to remain flexible to handle and prioritize work from various department staff.

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    Works in busy office environment
