*Description: *Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and technical support? We are seeking a Service Desk Technician I to join our team. This role involves handling tickets and addressing common issues such as:
* End point support (hardware, Windows 10, etc.) * Application support (Microsoft Office, etc.) * Conference room support (UC and telephony issues) * On-boarding/off-boarding processes *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* * Excel at providing world-class customer service and support. * Provide back-up support for the IT Service Desk Technicians and IT Service Desk Manager. * Assist the IT Operations Manager with documentation and the rollout of policies and procedures. * Act as a subject matter expert, delivering policies and mentoring the team. * Provide quick and efficient project and desktop support. * Participate onsite for Go Live support of major IT initiatives. * Create, manage, and advocate for system documentation. * Lead continuous improvements of IT Customer Service functions. * Be accountable for the completion of project work and handle the prioritization of competing deadlines. * Assist team members with the completion of project work and aid in prioritization of tasks. Join our team and contribute to providing top-notch IT support and customer service. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
