Description Our Client is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer that is skilled with the implementation of VMware from the ground up. This is a hands on engineering role focused on building, maintaining, and automating infrastructure platforms. The ideal candidate is a technical generalist with deep expertise, a proactive mindset, and a passion for innovation. Key Responsibilities Build and manage VMware platforms, including NSX for SDN Develop and maintain Windows and Linux OS templates Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Bash, etc. Support container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes preferred) Work with physical hardware, networking, and storage provisioning Collaborate with internal teams to support lab infrastructure Required Technical Skills VMware (vSphere, NSX) Windows & Linux OS engineering and automation PowerShell scripting (from scratch) Infrastructure as Code (Terraform is a plus) Familiarity with OpenShift/Kubernetes and Azure/GCP Skills* Windows, Vmware, Automation, Cloud, Powershell, Bash, containerization, GCP, AZURE Top Skills Details Windows,Vmware,Automation,Cloud,Powershell,Bash Additional Skills & Qualifications Soft Skills Strong work ethic and self-motivation Passion for IT and continuous learning Adaptability and ability to wear multiple hats Excellent communication and collaboration Notes: Location: Onsite (5 days/week expected; hybrid may be considered later) References: Two managerial references required before submission Resume Accuracy: Candidates must be able to speak to all listed experience Culture Fit: Energetic, driven, and eager to learn. Experience Level* Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $57.00/hr.
