Graphic Designer - production heavy 9 month contract 4 days in office - Rosemont / Chicago, IL (would not consider remote) Portfolio REQUIRED - template and production samples 2 step interview process Estimated State Date: July 14th MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS * Minimum 3 years of professional graphic designer experiences specifically helping create templates * Insurance or similar highly regulated field experience * Experience working in existing branding guidelines and best practices - adobe creative suite POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design visually compelling assets that communicate complex ideas with clarity and precision, adhering to brand guidelines and design best practices. * Create custom templates, infographics, marketing materials/ sales enablement materials * Review and refine assets, ensuring the highest level of quality, consistency, and accuracy in every detail. * Work efficiently under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects and priorities. * Design standardized templates for brands to guide marketing * Stay up to date on design trends and techniques to continually enhance the quality of deliverables. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or a related field. * Strong understanding of storytelling principles, with the ability to structure presentations that effectively communicate key messages and engage audiences. * Meticulous attention to detail, with a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency across all presentation elements. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and other graphic design tools is a plus. * Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work under pressure. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $44.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
