Summary

Responsible for the health benefits data, costs, and analysis to contribute to department's decision on development of health benefits. Manages employees' health benefit eligibilities. Coordinates and develops wellness program for LG employees. Provides guidelines and suggestions to subsidiaries' HRs regarding health benefits. Supports FSE's (Foreign Service Employee) financials and onboardings.

Responsibilities



  • Applies different rates and calculation methods for each component to create invoice and analytical report
  • Completes insurance cost simulation or renewal census first, if requested
  • Capable of improving format and content of invoice and monthly reports after reviewing with part leader
  • Ensures employees get their benefits properly based on their eligibilities
  • Organizes health insurance invoices and employee eligibility that contributes to insurance costs
  • Manages health invoices for LG employees in United States and Korea (U.S. employees only)
  • Develops method of auditing data to build higher accuracy on health invoice data and improves details and accessibility of reports
  • Proposes new reports and audit methods for improvements in invoicing system to department
  • Determines eligibility of employees and applies various equations and rates to the health invoices and establish analytical reports for upper management
  • Ensures the accuracy of health invoices and reviews and develops the reports to improve team's understanding


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree (Business/Finance preferred) with 1+ years of corporate work experience
  • Bilingual in English and Korean
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines
  • Analytical with problem solving capability required
  • Well-developed time management skills with ability to accurately handle & adhere to team schedules
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated self management skills with an ability to multi-task in fast paced work environment
  • Be able to work well with others and be able to perform other related/non-related duties as required as assigned


Recruiting Range
$55,000 - $65,000 USD
