TEKsystems Global Services is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead a large-scale, global laptop replacement program for a global pharmaceutical client. This initiative involves the deployment of 20,000+ new laptops with Windows 11 across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex, multi-regional IT infrastructure programs, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, logistics coordination, and risk management. *Top 3 Skills:* 1). Global Program Management: Proven experience leading large-scale IT workstation refresh or deployment programs across multiple regions. 2). Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders. 3). Technical Acumen in End-User Computing (EUC): Solid understanding of Windows 11 deployment, device lifecycle management, and enterprise IT environments. *Key Responsibilities:* Lead the end-to-end execution of the global laptop replacement program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines. Develop and manage the program roadmap, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Coordinate with regional teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery, imaging, and deployment of devices. Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes throughout the program lifecycle. Provide regular updates and executive-level reporting on program status, milestones, and KPIs. Ensure compliance with global IT standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned to enhance future deployment initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred. 8+ years of experience in IT program management, with at least 3 years managing global hardware deployment or EUC programs. Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors in a global enterprise environment. Familiarity with Windows 11 deployment strategies, SCCM/Intune, and asset management tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work across time zones and manage culturally diverse teams. *Skills* Program management, Pmp, Risk management, Cross functional teams, Windows 11, Workstation Refresh, end user support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Candidate must be located in either CST or EST and be willing to support all regional time zones from NA, EMEA and APAC regions which may involve early morning or late night calls. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $100.00/hr.
