Computer Systems Support Associate

• Act as the first line of IT/OT support for digitally integrated plant systems
• Provide hardware and software support for Windows PCs, printers, time clocks, barcode systems, and more
• Offer on-site monitoring for IT infrastructure and support corporate-driven hardware rollouts and upgrades
• Collaborate closely with corporate IT and plant teams to implement solutions
• Respond to user support needs for software, hardware, plant applications, phones, and security systems
• Facilitate end-user training and coordinate with the IT Help Desk to resolve issues efficiently

• Associate degree plus active certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+
• 3-5 years of experience in IT/OT technical support
• Strong technical knowledge of PCs, Windows OS, Office 365, and network systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in a high-performance environment
