This is a direct-hire leadership opportunity for an experienced production professional ready to take the helm of a high-performance team in a fast-paced, ISO-certified, ITAR-compliant environment. Hours & Pay Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000/year (based on experience) Employment Type: Direct Hire Daily Responsibilities As Production Manager, you'll oversee complex fabrication and machining processes in a short-to-medium-run manufacturing environment. You'll lead a team of up to 100 employees while ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in every area of production. Key duties include:
