Responsibilities

- Lead and Manage: Oversee the care center's operations and finances.
- Drive Growth: Enhance business development and improve efficiency.
- Supervise: Ensure clinical managers deliver quality patient care.
- Support Marketing: Help with marketing activities to meet growth goals.
- Develop Staff: Coach and encourage your team.
- Improve Quality: Implement programs to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes.
- Ensure Compliance: Address any issues from surveys or audits.
- Be Available: Stay accessible to the care center at all times.
- Make Employment Decisions: Handle hiring, firing, and promotions for your team.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or other health care professional specific to that state you are assigned to work.
- Two years hospice experience and at least one year of supervisory experience, or two years' experience in leadership/management in healthcare or hospice.
