Staffmark Drivers is seeking new talent in Manor, TX and is hiring an experienced Non CDL Yard Switcher Lead to join our team. Join our thriving client's delivery services, all while securing a brighter future with exceptional benefits.

Pay Structure: Hourly pay at $25/hour for day shift and $26.50/hour for night shift

Schedule: Must have open availability, as shifts are scheduled on a 4 days on / 2 days off rotation (includes weekends)

Shift Start Times:

Night Shift: Begins at 9:00 p.m.

Day Shift: Begins around 6:30 a.m. or 8:30 a.m.

Shift Length: 12-hour shifts

Route Type: No long-haul driving required; position involves dock lead duties combined with yard driver responsibilities

CDL License: Preferred but not required

Job Details:



  • Box trucks, vans, and 53ft trailers
  • Managing backing trucks into docks to be loaded
  • Lift up to 75lbs, dock work plus moving trucks and trailers, must be able to operate a mule tractor.
  • Home daily
  • Serve as a coach and leader to warehouse associates, guiding daily tasks
  • Train and support team members while completing own responsibilities
  • May assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, inventory, or forklift operations depending on department
  • Provide backup support to the warehouse supervisor when needed




Qualifications: Must have 1 year or more of verifiable experience working in the yard as a class A within the last 3 years. Skillset: Forklift Operator (Stand-Up Crown, Class II), Valid Driver's License, CDL, preferred. An ideal candidate is self-directive, a team player who's adaptive, takes initiative, extremely flexible as the business relationship grows, and capable of multi-tasking.
