Facilities Maintenance Technician

Are you an experienced maintenance professional looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced, supportive work environment? Staffmark is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help ensure our client's building systems remain safe, functional, and efficient. If you bring mechanical know-how, a strong work ethic, and at least three years of facility maintenance experience, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Complete general maintenance tasks such as painting, light fixture replacement, and minor carpentry
• Inspect systems to ensure safety and operational compliance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Collaborate with supervisors and departments to communicate maintenance updates and needs

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance
• Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance problems independently
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
