The
FellowshipProgram Administratoris responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational support of multiple ACGME and Non-ACGME accedited
fellowshipprograms within the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. This role ensures compliance with institutional and accredidation requirements, supports program leadership, and facilitates the educational and professional developmentof fellows Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and graduation of fellows Maintain compliance: duty hours, evaluations, WebADS reporting Assist with Annual Program Evaluations (APE), Clinical Competency Committee (CCC), and Program Evaluation Committee (PEC) meetings, including minute-taking and documentation Manage ERAS applications, coordinate Thalamus interview scheduling, and ensure NRMP compliance Communicate with applicants, faculty, and staff regarding interview logistics and materials Maintain accurate records using platforms such as New Innovations, GME track, Cortex, FREIDA Organize
fellowshiprelated events including thesis defenses, graduation ceremonies, and departmental presentations Qualifications Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred 3 years of work experience Knowledge of education programs Knowledge of ACGME/ LCME policies Multicultural competencies and ability to work with diverse populations Department: OB/GYN Bargaining Unit:Non UnionCampus:EINSTEIN Employment Status:Regular Full-TimeAddress:1300 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx For positions that have only a rate listed, the displayedrate is the hiringrate but could be subject to change based on shift differential, experience, education or other relevant factors.
