Job Description
  • Serves as the embodiment of agile transformation across the organization

    • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to learn from their experiences

    • Enables change to drive agile outcomes within the organization

    • Contributes to architecture of the agile implementation, adapts, modifies processes with associated training where necessary

    • Collaborate with other functions to ensure alignment across activities

  • Leads the everyday use of agile practices across the organization

    • Facilitates and manages sprints, quarterly business review, quarterly execution plans, mid-quarter review across two Agile Release Trains (ARTs)

    • Monitors and manages operational delivery metrics and reporting

    • tracks progress of the ART tracking key metrics along with reporting and managing operational delivery metrics

    • Creates and maintains the delivery roadmap and p, holds the team accountable for delivery commitments

    • Assesses teams' operational understanding of agile practices, determines agile training requirements, develops and delivers Provides regular function-wide training and individual coaching on agile best practicesas needed according to assessed needs

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

*10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8

years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/

MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

*Great written and verbal skills, ability to communicate and influence equally

effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and across

varying levels

*A self-starter who takes accountability for getting things done

*Strong presence, ability to persuade and inspire

*Top-notch stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence

colleagues in small, cross-functional scrum teams

*Comfortable challenging the status quo and always curious about the way

things work

*Exceptional structure and attention to detail

*Experience with Jira and Jira Align

Preferred Qualifications

*12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of

experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years

of work experience with a PhD

*Familiarity with AI modeling approaches

*Certified SAFe Agilist or Certified SAFe Practioner

*Experience with Microsoft Power BI

*Experience coaching agile practices both individually and to groups

* 8 years + proven experience in an Agile Delivery Manager /Lead, Scrum

Master or Release Train Engineer role, preferably in a data product organization

*Experience implementing agile processes in another organization, aligning to

both the requirements of the organization and the needs of the business

*Experience with change management

*Demonstrated experience with process analysis and improvement

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 160,600.00 to 232,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
