As a Technician II Sterile Fill, you will be accountable for operating fill line equipment to fill products in accordance with applicable standards (e.g., cGMP, GDP, SOPs), sanitizing the fill room as needed, and providing the best productivity while showing efficiency and flexibility at our Fort Worth North Manufacturing Facility, in Fort Worth, TX.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Perform all tasks efficiently in assigned fill room (must be able to setup, startup & shutdown room, operate filler, trouble shoot basic issues).
  • Perform major cleanings of aseptic areas (e.g., fill suites and ancillary areas).
  • Prepare fill room and sanitization materials for sterilization (e.g., filters, fill room equipment, sanitization equipment).
  • Complete required documentation (MBRs, SOPs, logbooks, etc.) in accordance with cGMP and cGDP.
  • Troubleshoot and fix minor aseptic problems with line/equipment, alerting maintenance or supervisors as needed.
  • Close-out MBRs using MBR check list-Review all supporting documentation and sampling documentation.
  • Exhibit good aseptic technique in the fill room.
  • Sanitize fill suites and ancillary areas, in accordance with standards and procedures (cGMP, SOPs, etc.).
  • Prepare line/equipment for daily operation according to SOPs for assigned work area, including sanitization of contact surfaces.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • Work hours: 3rd shift; Monday - Friday; 11:30PM - 8:00AM CST
