Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Office Administration Support Experience Required

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team by completing general administrative duties, maintaining the driver eligibility monitoring system, and assisting with recruitment and the new hire pre/on-boarding process, all while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

This is a 30+ position working in the office, Monday-Friday days, plus occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure Driver File Compliance under FMSCA regulations by maintaining and monitoring the driver monitoring systems.
• Process position and change user requests forms; including obtaining approvals, maintaining the open positions list, adding open positions to the HRIS, and coordinating with IT on updates to forms as needed.
• Maintain and update career pages on social media and or chamber as directed from Talent Acquisition team.
• Assist with Talent Acquisition recruiting and onboarding tasks.
• Assist the Volunteer Resources team.
• Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.

What does it take to change the world with Talent Acquisition?

• Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service and/or office administration support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required, and database experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Provide and demonstrate consistent support of the ImpactLife mission and regulatory compliance providing on-going support, timely and open communication to the department leadership team and co-workers.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
