Join our growing team!Papillion Sanitation, a Waste Connections company, is seeking a highly organized and adaptableOperations Specialistto support our operations team inBellevue, Nebraska. This role requires strong multitasking skills and attention to detail, as you will manage, dispatching, compliance tracking, productivity tracking, administrative support and the day - to - do duties as assigned to better support our operations team.

Schedule:

• Hours:Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays | Start and end time need to be flexible; expected a 40 + hour work week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provideadministrative supportto management and staff
• Assist in preparingreports, presentations, and other documents
• Maintaincompliance tracking(DOT and other regulatory requirements)
• File incident reportsand handle documentation
• Performother dutiesas assigned
