| Essential Job Duties |
Join a collaborative team that keeps the campus running smoothly through exceptional printing and customer service. As a Production Specialist with Wolf Express Printing Services, you'll bring ideas to life - producing and packaging print materials that support departments, events, and initiatives across NC State. Working under general supervision, you'll ensure every project meets quality and color standards while helping deliver outstanding service to the campus community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce, package, and prepare print jobs to meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Operate multiple printing and finishing machines while ensuring color consistency and accuracy.
- Meet with clients to discuss printing needs and support strategies to attract new business.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrate physical stamina by lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods of time (with or without reasonable accommodations).
- Support department operations by assisting in other service areas and performing additional duties as needed.
- Model the Division's mission and values, contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace, and foster collegiality among co-workers.
- Understand the goals and culture of the organization and how teamwork and customer service impact clients.
- Adhere to all University policies, procedures, and Division operating practices and protocols.

| Other Responsibilities |
- In addition to the core responsibilities of this role, there will be occasional opportunities for additional duties. Those could include and are not limited to:
- Make deliveries on campus using a state vehicle.
- Work in other departments depending on business needs.

Qualifications
| Minimum Experience/Education |
High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work. |
| Preferred Qualifications |
- Good technical knowledge of printing and copying processes, equipment, and software.
- Proficiency or ability to learn Adobe Suite applications.
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to use or learn to use email for communication and job coordination.
- Related experience in a retail, customer service, or print production environment.
