We are seeking a Manager - Precision Technology Solutions for our Crop Production and Hay & Forage global product platform. This strategic role will serve as the precision technology expert, responsible for shaping and delivering cutting-edge, customer-centric technology solutions that enhance in-field performance and enable advanced remote monitoring and management capabilities. Through close collaboration with global product teams and alignment with brand strategy, the manager will identify and validate precision technology opportunities, develop implementation strategies, and drive their integration into product roadmaps. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that define the future of Crop Production and Hay & Forage precision technology. This role is preferred residence within CNH Technology locations, such as Oak Brook, IL or Sioux Falls, SD. Other locations can be considered. Responsibilities
Serve as the expert technology resource for the assigned Crop Production and Hay & Forage product platform(s), providing deep technical guidance and strategic input.
The annual salary for this role is $119,250 - $174,900 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) Qualifications The qualified candidate will have:
