Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Operator will be responsible for working pipeline receipts, helping with meter proving and butane offloading. This is a Night-shift position, hours 11:00pm - 07:00 am. Requirements: Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Be honest and respectful to others even if they are being disrespectful to you. Work hard Work Smart Be able to work closely with others Be knowledgeable about computers Be able to turn valves Be able to climb 40' tanks Be willing to work overtime if needed Be willing to work Night shift - 23:00 - 07:00 as that is the position needed Be willing to listen, very important Experience would be great but not necessary, we will train Be mechanically inclined Be willing to be part of a family and team Requirements: HS Diploma or GED Experience with bulk fuel storage and pipeline operations is a plus 0 - 2 years of experience Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and problem solving skills Ability to multitask within department for instruction and direction Excellent communication skills Working Conditions: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally. Driving, walking, standing frequently. Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions and some heavy lifting Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
