Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Operator will be responsible for working pipeline receipts, helping with meter proving and butane offloading. This is a Night-shift position, hours 11:00pm - 07:00 am.

Requirements:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Be able to climb 40' tanks
  • Be willing to work overtime if needed
  • Be willing to work Night shift - 23:00 - 07:00 as that is the position needed

  • Experience would be great but not necessary, we will train
  • Be mechanically inclined
  • Be willing to be part of a family and team


Requirements:



  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Experience with bulk fuel storage and pipeline operations is a plus
  • 0 - 2 years of experience


Skills:



  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask within department for instruction and direction
  • Excellent communication skills


Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.



  • Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Driving, walking, standing frequently.
  • Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions and some heavy lifting
    Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
