Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, Colorado's largest and most comprehensive provider of cancer care has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Diagnostic Scheduling. Responsibilities Responsible for coordination and operation of scheduling functions for diagnostic testing. Acts as a liaison with physicians, patients and office staff. Responsible for development, administration and oversight of scheduling procedures for all diagnostic testing. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. -Oversees all diagnostic testing scheduling functions at multiple locations. -Recruits, hires and supervises up to twelve diagnostic scheduling staff in addition to developing and attaining performance goals and objectives. Evaluates performance and recommends merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions. -Provides assistance and coverage as required. -Develops and maintains a professional department that assists the organization toward its goal of improving cost-effectiveness of health care delivery. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Seven years of medical office experience. Minimum of one year of supervisory experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: All qualified candidates are required to pass a background check and non-federal drug test (which excludes marijuana) post offer of employment and prior to hire. Candidates will be required to show proof of being vaccinated against influenza upon commencing employment.
