MGM Springfield is looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! If you're experienced in full-cycle recruiting and love setting and reaching goals, this could be your next big move.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Perform a variety of duties to support the effective functioning of the department, assist in the sourcing, screening and evaluation of applicants ensuring the most qualified candidates are selected for employment.
• Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with Hiring Managers for assigned Divisions.
• Approves internal/external recruitment strategy for each requisition, manages full-cycle recruitment process, reviews Workday queue's to determine applicant status.
• Professionally represents the MGM Resorts International at local and regional job fairs, conventions and conferences and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Be a trusted Recruiter by working side-by-side with department leaders to shape hiring strategies and deliver top talent that drives business success.
• Own the full recruitment cycle while leading end-to-end hiring efforts using innovative tools like Workday and Humanly, plus creative sourcing strategies that make an impact.
• Be the face of MGM Springfield by representing our brand and culture at external career/job fairs and help attract diverse, high-potential candidates ready to grow with us.
