THE JOB:
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at MGM Resorts, you'll play a vital role in attracting top talent to support our world-class resorts. Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, you'll craft and execute tailored recruitment strategies, leverage data and sourcing tools to find the best candidates, and deliver a seamless, high-touch hiring experience. This is your opportunity to shape the teams behind our iconic brand while making a real impact through people.

THE SCHEDULE:

This is an in-office position with core hours of Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM.

Flexibility is required for events, meetings, or business needs that may occur outside of standard hours.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Innovative Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to build creative, targeted recruitment plans and source talent through platforms like social media, job boards, and networking.

  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the hiring process from posting and sourcing to screening and coordinating interviews with hiring managers through to offer stage.

  • Exceptional Candidate Experience: Deliver clear communication and timely feedback to ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing efforts and improve overall hiring outcomes.

  • Building Talent Pipelines: Proactively engage with potential candidates to create a strong, ready-to-hire talent pool for future roles.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 1+ years of prior recruitment/staffing experience involving candidate interviewing, evaluation and placement

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$59,900.00 - $99,800.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.

Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
