Our International Finance Trainee Program offers ambitious graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial management, strategic planning, and global finance operations. Your Responsibilities: * Comprehensive Training: A structured two-year program providing exposure to various financial functions, including controlling, accounting, risk management, and corporate finance. * International Experience: A six-month rotation abroad, offering insights into global financial strategies and cross-cultural collaboration. * Mentorship & Development: Guidance from experienced finance professionals and tailored development plans to accelerate your career. * Challenging Projects: Work on real-world financial challenges and contribute to key strategic initiatives. * Networking Opportunities: Engage with senior leaders and build a strong professional network across our global organization. Your Profile: * A recent Master studies graduate (or final-year student) in finance, business administration, economics, business informatics or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in international finance. * Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). * A global mindset and willingness to relocate for the international assignment. * Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
