FOX Sports Ad Sales is seeking a Coordinator to join the team within the Sports Brand Partnerships group. As the Coordinator, Sports Brand Partnerships, you will support the development and implementation of brand partnerships across FOX Sports properties to achieve revenue goals. The Coordinator, Sports Brand Partnerships will specifically focus on the FOX Sports Content Studio team while also contributing to FOX Soccer partnerships - including major soccer properties like the FIFA World CupTM.

FOX Sports Content Studio (FSCS) is FOX Sports' full-service creative agency and production studio that produces breakthrough content for brands in support of FOX Sports' ad sales revenue goals. The FSCS maximizes efficiencies and leverages its partners' media investments into innovative, award-winning branded content through an equally strategic and creative approach. It provides access to FOX's top-tier talent, assets and IP through multi-platform campaigns designed to reach audiences across linear and digital media.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day-to-day support for Sports Brand Partnerships team, focusing on FOX Soccer partnerships and FOX Sports Content Studio's branded content campaigns

  • Assist in work on client presentations, RFP responses, linear and digital production workflow and marketing sponsorship trackers

  • Develop best-in-class sales presentations, materials and collateral based on capabilities, research and consumer insights

  • Work across sales, league contacts, research, talent relations, programming, graphics and production teams to obtain assets, execute brand integrations and create workflows across departments

  • Contribute to all FOX Sports Content Studio operations, such as managing production budgets, timelines, talent coordination, legal approvals, tracking and communication with both internal and external partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of campaigns

  • Participate and lead team brainstorms both proactively and in response to RFPs on custom branded content opportunities based upon specific client objectives.

  • Establish communication with account executives, managers and associates within Ad Sales.

  • Organize and track FOX Sports sponsorship executions and competitive elements

  • Support the development of meeting presentations as well as sport/client recap materials

  • Be a student of the business by developing a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 0-2 years of media, partnerships and/or branded content experience

  • Must be a self-starter with a creative spirit

  • Must have strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure sales environment

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Also proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

  • Keen understanding of social media branded content and the ability to differentiate between linear and digital content.

  • Foundational knowledge of brand content and production management space.

  • Understanding of the branded content landscape and media sales process, including digital and social media platforms.

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships within organization across Sales, Production, Digital Content, Marketing, PR, Research and other teams to have full knowledge of potential sales opportunities and ensure positive outcomes for FOX Sports partnerships

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to convert information into a relevant story and visual presentation

  • Nice to have: Basic video editing skills to support content creation and enhance branded content initiatives.

  • Must have a passion for sports

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.50-26.45 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
