Reliability Internship - Summer

Pay Rate $22.00/hr

The primary purpose of the Reliability Engineer Internship position is to identify the pro-active reliability requirements for assets to increase plant productivity, maximize reliability performance in a sustainable way and to capture all opportunities to improve processes while reducing total cost. This will be achieved through actions to review and update the site criticality assessment, asset health assessment, implement/review the Reliability Centered maintenance (RCM) program to ensure appropriate deployment, evaluate proactive work results, follow up with appropriate action to restore asset integrity and carry out investigations into failures to eliminate their root causes. All opportunities to improve asset integrity will include equipment standardization, practice standardization and cost savings through these efforts.

  • Support the Regulatory Compliance team members in film reviews of nutrition facts panel, ingredient statement, and regulatory claims.

  • Gain an understanding of using the TraceGains Customer Portal Tool
  • Support the Customer Compliance team members in completing tasks in the TraceGains Customer Portal and other customer portals.
  
  
  
  
  • Supplier Quality
  
  
  
  
  • Gain an understanding of using the TraceGains Supplier Management Tool.
  • Support the Supplier Quality team in completing tasks involving supplier documentation reviews.
  
  
  
  
  • Food Safety
  
  
  
  
  • Gain an understanding of the process of conducting GMP audits in the production facilities in Fort Worth
  
  
  
  
  
  

What you bring to the table

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering
