Short Description

The role of the Perioperative Business Manager, Ambulatory, oversees all business functions of the OR at Moorestown and Voorhees. Ensures accurate billing, revenue charge capture, scheduling and ordering of specialty products. Responsible for providing patient arrival times and ensure they are registered timely for surgery. This role is critical in the operations of the OR at Camden.

  • Oversee operating and capital budgets
  • OR Schedule
  • OR billing and charge capture. Revenue reconciliation
  • Oversee Patient service representatives
  • Maintenance of block schedule
  • Coordinating specialty items
  • Management of sales representatives
  • Value Analysis
  • Collaborate with supply chain, revenue integrity, clinical engineering and other ancillary departments to support the surgical cases
  • Cost Savings

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience required

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree Required; Master's degree preferred

  • Communication - Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers
