Job Description Manages activities and programs related to patient care management in the department. Implements philosophy, policies, and standards of care delivery. Job Responsibility
- Provides leadership to Cardiac Services team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.
- Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system.
- Selects, develops, manages and evaluates direct reports; ensures performance appraisals are completed in a timely fashion.
- Directs, supervises, and coordinates nursing and other staff in administering procedural care.
- Manages operations related to staffing, scheduling, workforce competency, financial performance, growth strategies, and the delivery of quality patient care services.
- Directs the integration of quality improvement programs, staff development, regulatory compliance, supply management, patient and employee satisfaction, education and clinical competency, research, radiation safety, and billing/coding.
- Assures compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualification
- Vocational or Technical school Diploma required.
- Specialized certification, required.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Professional Certification, required.
- 6-8 years of technical experience and 2-5 years of leadership / management experience, required.
