You Are: You are a visionary leader with a deep understanding of pre/post-silicon validation, chip design, and verification processes. Your expertise in Technical Program Management (TPM) within chip design or tapeouts is crucial to our success. You thrive in fostering close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all aspects of chip development are meticulously managed. You possess robust program management skills and are adept at driving product planning and inbound initiatives. With a knack for strategic thinking, you can establish and execute a comprehensive product roadmap. You have a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results. Your ability to communicate effectively and influence key stakeholders is unmatched, and you are passionate about driving technological advancements that shape the future.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive pre/post-silicon validation and bring-up activities, ensuring that chip designs meet rigorous performance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, translating challenges into actionable product specifications.
  • Lead verification efforts to ensure that chip designs are thoroughly validated against specifications, driving improvements in design quality and reliability.
  • Manage technical program management for key projects, including chip design and tapeouts, creating and maintaining tracking and execution dashboards for planning and program management.
  • Drive cross-functional product core teams to define product requirements, project milestones, and ensure successful program execution.
  • Generate product collateral, including SW and product roadmaps, product overviews, white papers, and blogs.

What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years of EDA/Semiconductor/System SW experience, BS degree; MS or MBA preferred.
  • Deep understanding of pre/post-silicon validation, chip design methodologies, and verification processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Hardware Assisted Verification (HAV) flows and use cases.
  • Proven experience in product planning, requirements gathering, and definition.
  • Strong expertise in technical program management and driving cross-functional teams to deliver on time and with quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive cross-functional teams.
  • Solid team player capable of collaborating with various stakeholders (internal and external) and ability to work independently.
