Requirements

Position Description:

Harter Aerospace team is looking for an energetic, and ambitious Accounting/Administrative Assistant to help support our management and accounting teams. This position is focused on having a close relationship with customers/vendors and is the front line to delivering a 5-star customer experience.




  • Answer calls in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Reconcile work package and create shipping documents and invoices
  • Support the onsite management team
  • Help with event coordination and planning
  • Reconcile, track and order promotional materials
  • Support new employee on-boarding
  • Greet and welcome customers.
  • Maintain organization of conference room, kitchen, and common areas
  • Ensure copiers are stocked with paper, toner, and schedule maintenance when necessary
  • Scan and file customer invoices/work packages.
  • Ensure the mail is checked daily and distributed, prepare overnight deliveries if necessary
  • Ensure office supply inventory is maintained and orders are completed when necessary
  • Maintain phone/extension lists
  • Run out-of-office errands when necessary
  • Other requests as necessary (filing, updating excel documents, writing e-mails and letters)

  • Experience using the Quantum ERP System is a strong plus.
