Manager Job Description
Overview of the Position: The Operations Manager will report directly to the President and will be responsible for providing results driven leadership and direction to the Operations Department in order to meet all on-time delivery, cost, budget and other operational metrics. Key areas of accountability include hands-on participation in department activities including planning, budgeting, resource management, scheduling, training, development/presentation of key metrics, quality, and continued process improvement of responsible areas. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the quality of performance and productivity of his direct reports. He will assist the President in the hiring and development of his operations departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education / Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 / year Pay Transparency
