Hourly Pay Range:

$18.31 - $25.63 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Medical Assistant Apprentice

  • Location: 4201 Winfield Rd, Warrenville

  • Flat Pay Rate: $18.31 throughout 16 weeks

  • Full Time 40 hours per week

  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm

  • Required Travel: Yes - Clinics within Endeavor Health System

Key expectations of program participants:

  • Complete the 16-week apprenticeship program.

  • Be on time for all classes and working shifts.

  • Total paid classroom and clinical hours will not exceed 40 per week. Additional unpaid studying outside of the 40 hours is expected.

  • Complete clinical rotations at various Endeavor Health Clinics under MA Academy Coordinator supervision.

  • Agree to take an MA position within the Endeavor Health Medical Group.

  • Work for Endeavor Health for 18 months following the completion of the 16-week program to be eligible for 100% coverage of the cost of the program and certification.

What you will need:

  • High School diploma or GED - Required

  • CPR BLS through American Heart or American Red Cross within 90 days of start date
