Add to favorites Favorited View favorites Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $48,600 - Midpoint: $60,800 (Salaried E7) Department/Organization: 401201 - Ctr for Community-Based Partnership Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm Job Summary: The Community Affairs Facilities and Technology Coordinator leads the efforts to ensure that the technology for the Division of Community Affairs is adequate for existing programs, emerging programs, and staffing. Leads, plans, and schedules training workshops for faculty, staff, students, community partners, and key stakeholders. Provides technical support for all presenters and participants. Ensures facilities for the Division of Community Affairs are adequate for existing programs, emerging programs, and staffing. Additional Department Summary: Leads efforts to secure external funding in support of the Division of Community Affairs, The University of Alabama, and key stakeholders. Supports community engaged scholarship efforts. Ensures that the technology, facilities, and student staffing properly support all existing and emerging programs and initiatives. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of technology and/or facilities support experience; OR master's degree and some technology and/or facilities support experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of experience in grant training, fundraising, technology support, or facilities support in a higher education environment; OR master's degree in a related field and one (1) year of experience in grant training, fundraising, technology support, or facilities support in a higher education environment.
