A Brief Overview The Data Product Manager will oversee the intake of data engineering, data science, and BI work at Safelite. This role involves managing developer workload in Jira, optimizing team efficiency by pairing workstreams into sprint-sized steps, and conducting initial project scoping and sizing. Additionally, it requires managing stakeholder expectations and communication, and understanding data analysis and product management principles to define strategy, prioritize features, and monitor performance. The goal is to drive data initiatives forward, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of data solutions, and providing effective communication and clarity on the overarching roadmap and strategy.
