Who we're looking for

Associate Community and Content Strategist

The Associate Community and Content Strategist acts as the frontline brand manager by daily interaction with customers in real time across various social media platforms such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as other professional social channels.

Responsibilities include acting as a liaison across the Internet, participating in minute-by-minute online conversations by answering questions, offering solutions and mediating, and escalating conversations, when appropriate.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering community insights that will ultimately drive the content and engagement strategy. This candidate will work closely with the Senior Strategists in developing content that will be placed on the properties to drive engagement and conversion.

The right candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional Agency teams and demanding Clients. A knack for research is required, along with a sharp wit, attention to detail, ability to be proactive, and willingness to work during non-standard business hours in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, advertising, public relations or online marketing is a plus.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Community and content management as outlined above

-Identify monthly paid and organic content opportunities aligned with established social media strategy
- Create social media content briefs for client workshop/alignment and creative kick-off, facilitating internal and external feedback
- Manage editorial calendar and content publishing using third party social media tools

- Oversee day-to-day activity on social media platforms, creating daily wrap-up reports with engagement opportunity recommendations
- Support monthly and quarterly performance reporting, leveraging platform analytics and social listening tools, such as BrandWatch, to inform recommendations
- Stay on pulse of social media trends, best practices and competitor social media activity
