As a Production Supervisor, you'll oversee shift production teams, ensuring adherence to schedules and maintaining a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe work environment for all employees
  • Supervise shift production teams to meet production schedules
  • Plan and allocate resources according to production schedules and staffing needs
  • Participate in implementing strategies and policies to improve daily and long-term operations
  • Provide feedback to team members and facilitate their development
  • Address performance issues through coaching, mentoring, or disciplinary action as needed
  • Lead root cause investigations using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of work instructions
  • Track and facilitate the training and development of team members

Qualifications

  • Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience in an aerospace or related field required
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and Aerospace experience preferred
  • High school diploma equivalent (GED) required
  • Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate in English

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $96,000 Depending on experience
