Continuous Improvement Analyst I - P2P
The Continuous Improvement Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing procurement and payment processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. This position requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Functions
- Assist Business Optimization Managers in implementing CI activities, including Voice of Customer, root cause analysis, and training.
- Ensure coordination among the Business Intelligence (BI) team, managing documentation and task execution.
- Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in applying CI techniques to sustain process improvements.
- Act as a CI Liaison, facilitating interdepartmental initiatives to enhance procurement and payment workflows.
- Support key projects within the BI portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Leverage data and technology to drive fact-based decision-making in procurement and payment cycles.
- Ensure project deliverables align with Niagara KPIs and organizational objectives.
- Develop metrics to measure and drive desired results across procurement and finance departments.
- Utilize LEAN, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving tools to optimize procurement and payment processes.
- Identify and implement best practices across cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and compliance
- 10% travel
