About the role:

Operational Excellence: Drive local forecasting and ensure forecast accuracy while managing local pipeline processes to maintain effective sales operations. Monitor and resolve ongoing operational issues such as territory assignments and deal management. Assist in preparations for sales reviews, including forecasts and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Planning and Strategy: Support annual and quarterly planning processes, including assigning territories and quota setting. Partner with other sales support functions to implement and enforce policies and procedures. Provide operational support for local sales initiatives.

Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with Sales Technology to ensure data quality and governance while offering ongoing sales administrative support, including CRM updates and Q&A. Coordinate with relevant sales support teams to help onboard, train, and enable sales teams.

  • Experience with process development, optimization and efficiency, and Lean Six Sigma.

  • Strong sense of personal time management, productivity, organization, prioritization, workload management.

  • Results and outcome driven.

  • Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and interact effectively with all levels of personnel and management across FIS.
