Job SummaryThe Team Member Safety Team is a system team that seeks to utilize data and improvement methodologies to identify, develop, implement, and lead programs and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing team member safety in both clinical and non-clinical areas across the Corewell Health System in collaboration with operational leaders and multidisciplinary teams. Examples of areas of focus for this team are workplace violence, patient handling, sharps injuries, slip/trip/falls, etc... Each member of the team will have identified locations to support, and initiatives assigned to them which may require travel throughout the region. Work will be accomplished through a combination of virtual and in-person presence. Essential Functions
