Position Title: Accounting Operations
Wage: $40,000 - $45,000/year Shift: 1st Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday (40-45 Hours per Week) Are you looking for a stable, weekday-only position where you can grow your career in a professional office setting? A reputable company in Mason City is seeking accounting professionals to support financial operations and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Accounting Operations Responsibilities: - Prepare month-end close schedules for accounting - Maintain inventory including ordering components, doing inventory counts, reviewing receiving in ERP system, tracking production, and building BOMs - Maintain the fixed asset listing in the ERP system - Assist with financial statement audits - Handling invoices, bill of ladings, pack lists, and purchase orders - Processing accounts payable including vendor applications and ordering supplies - Work with logistics providers and custom brokers to schedule incoming and outgoing freight Requirements For Accounting Operations: - Ability to sit or stand throughout an 8-hour shift - Ability to bend, lift, twist, or reach throughout an 8-hour shift - Ability to adapt to the environment - Candidates *MUST HAVE* a proven track record of several years of solid work history. Please include details of your work experience on your resume - MUST HAVE related experience in a manufacturing environment - At least 3-5 years of accounting related experience required - Accounting related degree or equivalent experience preferred - Experience with Microsoft Office application (ex.
