Responsibilities: Participate in the execution of Advisory engagementsinvolving financial risk assessments, internal audit engagements,Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) assistance, Maturity Assessments, and control evaluations.Design financial risk assessments, annual audit plans, audit programs, workingpapers, and internal audit and assessment reports. Coordinate activitiesrelated to risk, control, compliance, and internal audit client engagements.Coordinate I.T. controls, compliance, and audit program strategies, including integrationacross risk ecosystems and benefits. WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F(9:00am - 5:00pm) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor'sdegree in Finance or arelated field plus five (5) years of experience in the offered position or arelated occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master'sdegree plus two (2) years of experience. Two (2) years ofexperience must include: U.S. GAAP; COSO framework; Sarbanes-Oxley controlprograms; S/4 HANA implementation; "Three Lines of Defense" frameworks; ERPsystems implementation, including SAP and Oracle; SOC1 and SOC2 controls; SAPGRC controls; and Unix system internal controls.
