Requisition ID req33201 Working Title Programmer Analyst 2 Position Grade 13 Position Summary The Enrollment Management Reporting Team (EMRT) is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys a diverse range of projects and has proven ability to gather and analyze data and generate reports. EMRT provides direct technical support for the offices of Registrar, Recruitment and Admissions, Financial Aid and other Enrollment Management departments in developing and maintaining applications and reports. While focused on the needs of enrollment management, the incumbent works closely with colleagues from Institutional Research and Information Technology to ensure that all reporting meets the highest standards of accuracy and technical efficiency. Expanding and sustaining processes and interactive reporting capabilities to the university community, including providing training opportunities for end users. The ideal candidate will be able to research, evaluate, design, and execute data reporting requests for UNM departments and colleges with limited supervision. Under limited supervision, this position provides specialized, professional level expertise in areas of application support, data analysis and report writing. Gathers information, defines work requirements, plans and implements projects. Writes, tests, and troubleshoots advanced code, including the development of custom packages, tables, and complex SQL reporting queries. Serves as the primary technical resource for implementing and maintaining applications in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Application Express (APEX), Python, IBI WebFOCUS, and JavaScript. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of progressively responsible experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution and/or experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable on a year-for-year basis.
