CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Cloud Systems Senior Analyst to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. The Cloud Systems Senior Analyst implements Cloud solutions and designs. The Senior Analyst provides technical design, maintenance, and support for cloud-based systems, as well as providing support to associated IT groups and business associates. The Senior Analyst also provides leadership on projects, technical leadership, and is a mentor to junior members of the team. How you'll create opportunities in this Cloud Systems Senior Analyst role: * Cloud Systems Design: Provides technical design for infrastructure architecture. Establishes connections to and from various cloud network types and manages firewalls. Designs and maintains key networking system security components, policies, and procedures. Conducts/leads technical interchange meetings with clients. Translates technical details and requirements from client meetings into requirements documents and proposal presentations. * Cloud Systems Maintenance: Utilizes Microsoft documentation to maintain the firm's cloud environment. Monitors and analyzes network performance to match on-demand requests. Maintains familiarity with existing M365 and Azure services and learns new systems as they become available. Troubleshoots and implements Cloud solutions by drawing on understanding of how key networking components operate/function, including switches, routers, and load balancers/reverse proxies. Automates monitoring processes to flag poorly written code, poor performing queries, and work with developers to address the issues. Administrates the Cloud System through patches, permissions, and service deployments. Leads and implements analytical data lakes and accepted best practices in Azure. * Cloud Systems Ticket Queue: Participates in 24/7 on-call support rotation. Acts as point of escalation for Cloud systems troubleshooting. * Provides general leadership and technical leadership on projects, and acts as a mentor to junior members of the Cloud Systems team. * Maintains proficiency in PowerShell technology and explores and learns new systems/commands, based on existing knowledge of standards (New/Get/Set/Remove). * Utilizes knowledge of email flow and Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) to troubleshoot email flow, including reading email headers.
