Program Integrator

LOCATION: Huntsville, AL

JOB STATUS: Full-time

CLEARANCE: Secret

Astrion is looking for a Program Integrator responsible for providing support to C-UAS Product Office, focusing on developing presentation materials, papers, talking points, and knowledge management products in Huntsville, Alabama. This role requires strong communication, writing, and organizational skills to ensure the effective dissemination of program information to stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 18 years' experience in a relevant field (engineering, project management, business, etc.), or Master's Degree with 10 plus years (preferred).
  • Proven experience in program management, specifically in the defense industry with a focus on missile defense systems.
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • DAWIA Program Management and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with DoD/Army, defense industry and related stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies in missile defense.
  • Current, or ability to obtain, Top Secret/SCI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create high-quality presentation materials, including slides, briefings, and handouts to support integrated fires initiatives and engagements.
  • Develop, edit, and staff/coordinate integrated fires papers, reports, and documents
    Prepare talking points and other communication media to support integrated fires messaging, presentations, and stakeholder engagements (internal and external)
  • Support and maintain the Integrated Fires knowledge management system to capture, organization, and share program information including lessons learned, best practices, and directorate content.
  • Coordinate the collection, review, tagging/naming, and organization of Integrated Fires information to ensure timely and accurate access to the latest information
  • Provide support related to inquiries, information requests, and communication between stakeholders, program teams, and Integrated Fires
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned
