Job Summary: Responsible for managing, developing, and mentoring individual contributors. Plans and executes sales engineering strategy. Focused on inspiring, training, growing, and retaining personnel and enabling top line growth of the business. We're seeking a candidate for a unique hybrid technical sales role. Expertise in enterprise - level deals and landing high - value annual recurring revenue contracts during complex sales cycles is essential. A strong background in telephony systems, CRMs, APIs, and connections is required, with contact center experience nearly mandatory. Experience in healthcare - related systems such as EHR is preferred. The ideal candidate can coordinate between product, IT, and sales teams, clearly present complex solutions to customers, and has a successful history of managing major enterprise accounts.
