We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Service Plumber Apprentice. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the intricacies of service plumbing while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accompany and assist licensed service plumbers in a commercial setting
• Learn to diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctioning fixtures
• Gain hands-on experience with various plumbing tools and equipment
• Assist in installing and repairing water heaters, toilets, faucets, piping and other plumbing fixtures
• Develop customer service skills through interaction with clients
• Learn to prepare cost estimates for repairs and replacements
• Study plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Participate in ongoing training and educational programs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in service plumbing
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping
• Commitment to a multi-year apprenticeship program
