SUMMARY: The New England Revolution Ticket Sales & Customer Service Associate will support the Ticket Sales & Customer Service staff by assisting with the daily functions and responsibilities of the department. This position requires an individual with a personable yet professional demeanor, who is confident in their abilities, detail-oriented, flexible and possesses strengths in the areas of time management, prioritization, and customer service.
