About the Role As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will work with our Business Development team to bridge the gap between our product offerings and client needs. The foundation will be having a good understanding of technology, business practices of financial institutions and our products. You will work with our Business Development team to understand the customer's current processes and what they are working towards. You'll also work with Business Development and members of the Technology team to design innovative solutions to the customer's needs.

- Implementation Leadership: Oversee the technical implementation of solutions alongside our talented Technology team.
- Compelling Proposals: Collaborate with our contracting team to craft persuasive written proposals.
- Opportunity Review: Collaborate with our Business Development team to explore potential opportunities.
- Innovation Driver: Collaborate with our Product team to drive production innovation.
About You You're a good fit for the role of Senior Solution Engineer if you have:
- 5+ years of experience selling technical solutions.
- Experience with AML, KYC and Sanction at financial institutions.
- Ability to discuss complicated technical requirements in an understandable manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and character.
- Ability to easily understand client paint points and propose solutions.
- Desire to help solve customer problems.
- Understanding of technologies such as APIs, FTP and Whitelisting.
- Ability to use PostMan and similar tools to interact with these technologies
- Willingness to learn about new products and our customers business practices.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract/agency or department of Federal Government requirements

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $88,200 - $163,800.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
