Could you be the full-time hybrid Business Development Director in Pittsburgh, PA, US we're looking for? Remote work will be considered if not in the Pittsburgh market.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive and specialized expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll spearhead the expansion of our market presence in North America by forging strategic relationships and identifying growth opportunities in the signaling sector. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including Customer Directors, Bid Managers, and Project Managers), lead multi-functional tender teams, and much more.

We'll look to you for:




  • Development and execution of strategic business development plans,



  • Identification and pursuit of new business opportunities in signaling,



  • Leading and managing multi-functional tender teams,



  • Managing day-to-day relationships with customers and stakeholders,



  • Establishing winning strategies for tender pursuits,



  • Ensuring all financial risks and legal requirements are addressed,



  • Assuming responsibility for tender commercial strategies,



  • Leading negotiations up until contract signature

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Law or other related field.,



  • Experience or understanding of the rail/transit industry, particularly in North America.,

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.,



  • Strategic thinking and market insight capabilities.,

  • Adaptability and willingness to travel within North America.
