Job Summary Corewell Health is seeking a Business Operations Supervisor, Clinical Shared Service - Imaging. This role supervises Clinical Shared Services business operations and the teams that support these workflows. The Business Operations Supervisor leads and oversees activities relating to staff scheduling, enterprise procedure scheduling, and charge capture and revenue reconciliation. This role supports information systems update activities within Corewell Health Hospitals Clinical Shared Services in collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, IS, and CHMG and independent practices and providers. The role supervises and performs the collection, production, analysis, and presentation of information in support of driving business decisions. The Business Operations Supervisor participates in implementation of new initiatives and program review for ongoing activities and makes recommendations for change as needed. This role plans, coordinates, and provides appropriate training for team members. Key Role Functions and Responsibilities
